I love INDIEMERCH! They got the best and most brutal band merch ever to come across! Amazing bundles you can鈥檛 find anywhere else, pretty reasonable prices. Once items are available to ship, takes no time for my items to be delivered (approximately 2days. In the states)
I get satisfying customer service, great contact with the store. They are very well determined to make sure the customer is happy with their order!

One feature I鈥檓 not too crazy for is the shipping fee (varies on size of order) but at the end of the day when you get your items, they鈥檙e so great that it makes up for the fee! Totally worth it!

My order arrived in about a month all the way from US to Greece. It was first sent to Germany so as to avoid any extra customs fees. Overall the shirt is the same as the one in the picture.

I just received my clothes, after a longer time than I expected, however this was more due to customs issues with Australia and my Australian tracking not working correctly. indiemerchstore responded to my concerns with the delay quickly and made me feel like a valued customer, and also promptly fixed an issue with my order where a shirt was doubled on my order and quickly refunded me. The quality of the clothes I received are great, It seems a bit pricey but the quality justifies this and more. Recommend to all after their customer service was so above par. Thanks guys

Ordered one hat, but was sent and charged for three. I emailed the company after a second hat arrived and never heard back from them. I waited a few weeks, then discovered I had been charged three times and three different days. I called and left message. Nobody returned the call. Only after I filed charge disputes with my credit card, did I hear back from someone. They claimed I ordered three hats on three different dates and even provided three order numbers. I only received one shipment notification, and that they were unable to fulfill the order. I have email proving this. Not sure what happened, but it is definitely on their end. They also refuse to pay for return shipping charges, so I guess I'll be keeping that extra hats.

In short, I ordered one item, but was sent and charged for three. Very shady! Terrible customer service! I'm letting my credit card company handle this one.

Can sometimes be a little expensive, but for the quality, and support of your favourite bands, it makes it worth it.

The quality is great on everything I've ordered so far (Only thing I'm not huge on is the zip-up hoodies; the printing is fantastic though), and service is outstanding. I also spoke to Travis on Instagram, about discount codes, and he was quick to offer 10% my order as well as personally make sure my order gets sent out expediently. Very friendly and professional!

The website itself is pretty user friendly, the only thing I'd recommend is a wishlist system so you don't have to find your items every time you open the page if you're indecisive like myself.

I ordered a Cattle Decap t-shirt back in early December of last year. About a week later it was marked as delivered by DHL. Neither myself or my neighbors ever received or saw this package. I contacted the company with little success. I filed a complaint with the BBB that was refused because package was marked delivered. So, I spent twenty five dollars for a shirt I will never receive. Thanks for nothing indiemerchstore.

It was my first time buying form IndieMerch, and I gotta say I'm pleased with the overall service from them, but one t-shirt had darker colors than the website image.

First of all, the quality of the t-shirts is outstanding, they are so thick, soft, the printing is great, and the designs are better, I didn't find them anywhere else.

The issue I had is that the colors in one t-shirt were a little different to what the IndieMerch website showed, the ones in the actual t-shirt (Chthonic's Resurrection Pyre) do not look the same, they look darker, grey-ish if you will, as if one layer was missing while printing or something, the design and printing are still cool though, hopefully only the t-shirt I got was affected by that.

The real problem here was with USPS, I paid for the Priority Mail Express International shipping, with a cost of $48-50 dollars, and 3 to 5 business days to be delivered according to the USPS website, but it took 12 business days just to leave US territory, a huge difference of what they claim is the "Express" delivery, probably the delay was due to the holidays, but I would recommend to choose a cheaper delivery option just to have more money for t-shirts.

I would recommend buying in IndieMerchstore, but you may want to contact them via facebook message just to make sure how the products look like to avoid the issue I had.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! Their selection of merch is awesome, the shipping is super fast, and their customer service is nothing short of excellent. I've ordered only twice so far from the website. I've been nothing, but pleased with the received items, however, i have a few gripes with the service. My main problem being their astronomical shipping fee… it's $21 for it to ship to Europe (and they do not have a promo; so whether you only buy a shirt, or $200 worth of stuff, the shipping is always that high), and on top of that, the shipping time is absurdly long, in my opinion. My first order took almost 2 months to arrive, while the latter "only" a month.

Some images on their site are grossly misrepresented compared to the actual products.

The last issue is location since IndieMerchstore is exclusively an online retailer, the only way to get a band's merchandise is through their website. Some people prefer to buy their products in-store so they instantly have it in their hands at that moment than waiting for it to be shipped out to them.
