These guys love to make it difficult.

Mandatory 2fa, locked down key redeeming, restrictions on password choice, refusing to email keys and requiring a login without mentioning this before purchase- these guys just hate customers. The only positive thing was after all that unnecessary garbage purely to stoke their egos, the key was legit. Will never buy from this trash store again. A miracle I actually got what I paid for.

Easy transaction as always. No problems.

Purchased a game and could not redeem the key.
Contacted support 4 times, and 4 times was simply told to try again.
Ended up filing a paypal dispute and getting a refund.
Would avoid.

It's ok, worked. Could be even better at activating game on Steam.

They used to be a respectable game store. Then they started selling hentai games, and their standards have simply collapsed. They are hardly any more trustworthy than a random porn site asking for your credit card info, these days. I used to purchase from IndieGala frequently, but in the past year every single purchase has been an enormous pain, often resulting in my money being taken while my account gets locked and the game remains undelivered for several days. The customer service is absolutely atrocious; you'd be extremely lucky to receive a response from them at all. Like GamersGate, I get a sneaking suspicion they are performing some sort of funny business with our money, because they accept payment so readily but often go to great lengths to avoid actually providing the customer with their game key within an acceptable timeframe, to a point it simply can not be explained with excuses about payment processing, or needing to manually review orders, or anything like that. There is something extremely suspicious going on with IndieGala's payment processing, and I very very strongly suggest avoiding this store.

I had to make a ticket since my order didn't work as intended. Purchased a bundle but no codes in my library.

indiegala is a great site, with good games, good offers, and with a very reliable tech support for minor bugs, which can help you with any issue that might arise in one of the websites (few) bugs, or if you simply need assistance with any help about your purchased product.

i really like their good games+offers, their good services and i love how helpful their tech support department (help desk) is.

It was quick and easy to buy stuff but one of the bundles I brought didn't register until I got in touch with customer service and I had to wait a day before I even got a response

BEWARE!!! I dont know if it is this tha case for sure but the same day that I connected my ste account with Indiegala it got stolen…now i am trying t take it back. Also the site has nothing very interesting. If you want to buy from there AT LEASS DO NOT CONNECT with your steam account

Good game bundles at prices that keep me coming back. You can even be generous and pay more, which honestly they deserve. (I've been stingy, lol.. these times have hit me hard.) But Indiegala has definitely earned a new customer for life.

purchased a game, money was taken from bank, recieved email about obtaining steam key. once on the site i received an error message and no key.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Their 2FA is the best one around – insofar as it activates nonsensically and blocks you from signing in until you input a code you don't have from an email you will never receive.

Will they deliver your game? Yes. If your ever get the email, that is…

They failed to deliver the key and they haven't asked me to review …I wonder why.

Low price, but it looks like they're selling keys they don't have and blaming the developer. I had to wait 5 days after payment.
