Ordered a cake 3 days in advance – paid 1000 Rs for the cake.
The birthday cake was never delivered, never got a refund.
Its a scam website, do not bother wasting your time on it

Its the worst site ever. My order IOF-05062020601704 was not delivered and amount also not refunded. Nobody replies to email and phone no also switched off. Dont order from here. They are fraud and cheaters.

THEY DONT DELIVER SAME DAY…SO DONT TRY THEIR SERVICE, THEY WONT RESPOND TO CALLS OF CUSTOMER HAVING ISSUE…THE WORST SERVICE EVER….ALSO THEY WONT REFUND IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE ORDER

This is the worst service I have found. Regarding my order 110520194422504, they delivered a wrong product and a wrong message ..altogether somebody else's order and they don't want to accept their fault.

I placed an Order Number: HIOF-22012019212004 with these folks and they never delivered the flowers. And not reachable on their phone numbers. Doesn't sound like reliable florist.

I ordered 10 strands of orchid in a bouquet and 1kg dryfruit giftpack for my parent's on 24th April. Order ID HIOF-25042018324304
Only 8 strands of orchid were delivered and the dry fruits were of very inferior quality.
Shoumik Roy from Customer Care Dept of this company refused to acknowledge my issues and disregarded my complains. Very disgusted with this fraud company and its scamming ways. Beware people.
I want a refund of the 2 missing orchids that were not delivered and also 1/2 of the money back for the bad quality dry fruits.
