Utterly diabolical. Products are cheap and poorly glued together. Ordered a table and chairs which soon began to split and crack. The owner was simply not interested and tried to tell me these were natural defects. I had to made repeated calls and send emails to resolve the issue. On the phone he was rude and abusive quite frankly. Actually I got money off but this took real effort. Appalling product, useless customer service, obnoxious owner. Simple: don't buy from here.
