I have been trying for 2 days to purchase a ticket from Boston to Mumbai from various websites with no luck and a lot of frustration. I decided to use Indian Eagle on a whim and called up their customer service! I just want to let you know it was a pleasure to use your company. Raju Sunkara, the sales agent was very helpful and I was very impressed by his customer service.

RAJU SUNKARA, went above and beyond- He is both willing and happy to help. Had many issues with AI and Raju was there through out our booking. Weather looking for date, timings, flexibility, cancellation and rebooking- he was there calling us and make sure we are happy. Best part got less than what the airline is charging us.

I bought airline tickets through IndianEagle couple of days back but had to cancel them and rebook for new dates. IndianEagle's customer support, by Nitish, was fantastic. Nitish helped me with the cancellation quickly and very polite, professional throughout the phone calls. When it was taking a bit more time, he told me he will give me a call back shortly. Nitish followed up as he said, called me back, confirmed cancellation, and provided me with couple of itenary options for new travel dates, and stayed with me over phone to make sure I was able to login and complete the online ticket purchase process smoothly. Also, Nitish guided me on the next steps w. R. t. A travel insurance that I bought with the cancelled ticket. Overall, very good service from IndianEagle and excellent support by Nitish.

First of all, this is a money eating agency, where they like to rip off until your last penny. I am not a person who writes reviews, but i will tell you, this agency has given a worst day for us on top of being exposed to covid positive family member. Do not go by their advertisement of free date change and free cancellation. It is just a fishing technique.

Let me explain my current situation. Me and my 2 year old son are supposed to travel today. On the way to our airport, we got a call from my cousin that she tested positive and just got her results from the test she took 2 days ago. We spent a week with her prior to our travel, but I tested negative. Since my 2 year old cant get tested and could be a potential carrier, we decided to be socially responsible and not to put other passengers at risk, we headed back home. I called Indian eagle to make the date change as they said its free.

Now their drama starts

agent 1: saying they cannot do it because its before the travel (I can just travel and put every one to risk, but I decided not to), I explained the same thing, but they decided not to be empathetic and tried to rip us off

agent 2: They do not have control over the ticket, but the agent said airline can make the change free of cost, but airline says agency did not give them control in the back end even though they said airline can do it (playing good cop bad cop)

agent 3: We can make the change free of charge but the fare difference is $300, but I do not see the fare difference in-fact its actually $200 less than what i paid originally. So agent says it is not compared to what they have currently on their website. It is a private and highly secure portal they can only access and they see the ticket is $300 more. And even on the airline website, the ticket is cheaper

agent 4: the change can be done with $400 because, the ticket we purchased is economy but now there are no economy tickets available, they force us into premium economy ticket. But lets fact check- on their Indian eagle website we can see the economy tickets for the dates we are asking for – their answer – as-usual they find these rates and availability on a mysterious website only they can access

Other agents from whom my brother got a ticket who is also traveling with us gave full control to the airline and they made changes using the airline website in just one minute free of cost.

Airline is ready to make a free change for us if Indian eagle would give them control but these people who want to eat our money will not do it, and talk about some worthless rules…HAVE SOME EMPATHY Indian eagle, the world is suffering!!

For any ticket changes, you call them ask for a date change it takes 3-4 hours for them to get back with a new fare difference and by then the ticket you were looking would be sold or the rates may go up. I had 4 different dates to be looked at one by one for family reasons, they took 4 hours for each query.

DO NOT BUY HERE – they will find a way to rip you off with their rules and regulations which seem ok before purchasing the ticket, but once you need any change, they change their policies to make advantage of your situation you are in. The world is uncertain right now, ONLY BOOK WITH AIRLINE where it offers free changes.

I choose to pay 30$ cancelation fees Insted of do Argument with Customer service Employee, who are hired under low pay rate. During to conversation I have automatically transfer to 3 diffrent people without even I know & I have to repet everything again to all. And finally they Told me I should Have to policy before I book the ticket! Well they are right too. So I better to choose cancelation and pay 30$ instade I can easlly can Modifie my booking without pay anything, because I think if They can not give me a better service before my trip How the hell they will help me during my trip.

I wish there is a way to sue this business. Never ever book through them, you have to work hard to get a refund, even though airlines cancelled the flights.

Please avoid booking ticket here if your plans May change as you will be charged se Vice fees even if the airlines issues full refund and you will made work hard to get your changes done specifically of the change was for a reason beyond your control
