I received an email notice that my merchandise had been shipped via DHL (along with tracking number) and was en route from Dallas Tx to San Antonio TX. On August 25. I have not received my merchandise so I used the tracking utility and got no results. I called DHL and gave them their tracking number and they say they have not received any merchandise which pertains to that tracking number and that I must contact the seller. I will attempt to contact them but feel that their communication is very faulty and needs to be addressed.
