The bulb was just what I needed and delivered on time

Good quality item (dishwasher cutlery basket) much better quality than all the other rubbish ones on sale in Amazon etc. Also, more expensive, but that's why it is much better quality. Prompt delivery, not quite Amazon Prime but more that fast enough for most people.

Very unhelpful customer service! I gave all information and the type of the oven bulb that I needed but they still could not help . I found the bulb in a different site that I will buy. ! Very bad experience not recommended!

Spare part as ordered arrived within 2 days. Prompt service and great to know where to purchase other similar items in the future.

I ordered a fan motor which according to the website was compatible with my oven but it was completely different to the broken one and would not fit. Customer services said that it was the wrong one and I'd need to order a different model but as they had the other model on the site they would not refund postage despite it being their error. So I ended up paying for postage for the original motor, plus the replacement and return postage for the one sent in error. I contacted customer services several times about my refund (for the original item) which they said would take 7 days at most and despite assurances it had been processed it got to 2 weeks and they finally admitted that it had just been processed. Every time i contacted them they said it had been done and would be in my account shortly but it never arrived. Turned out to be a complete hassle dealing with them and customer services fob you off and never reply to follow up emails.

The right part is fine although poorly packaged. The actual fan was rattling around in a box with no protection and instead they put bubble wrap around the small box and put it in a bigger box which is a bit pointless. but I won't use them again.

Arrived quickly, correct part and in perfect condition – also the cheapest I found on line. Can鈥檛 ask for more

Paid extra for delivery. Ordered early Friday expecting Saturday delivery, however it came Monday. Spoke to customer service and was told that it鈥檚 24 to 48 delivery and not next day. Would not pay the extra again.
