Shocking service. Signed up two contracts with this company. The first the broker didn't take over the MOP contracts and I received extra charges and still waiting after months of chasing for them to be credited. The other contract was a fixed monthly rates and have now received price increases. Getting help, call backs or anything constructive is impossible. Don't touch this company.
