Notebook.ai is a wonderful entity management website where you can create and manage your characters, locations, species, etc etc with ease using standard methods which you can conveniently take with you across universes or when reviewing others projects. It's significantly better than using word processors or templates, and very easy to share with friends or people you work with.
Notebook.ai is open-source, so you can check out the code, contribute or just setup your own instance if self-hosting is your thing!
The service side of things is really well done, however it's not a 5/5 because I do feel $9 a month for the premium features is a bit excessive on the hosted service.
(Do note it's free, and you don't have to pay if you self-host.)
