Indeedbuy

I bought 4 ePad from indeedbuy.com.
Two of them was not working.

I've sent them back (it cost me $50 shipping) after they promise me to be refund.

After they have received the defective ePad, they have change their mind and decided to not refund or sending me replacement.

They still owe me $500 and wont refund.

STAY AWAY OF THAT WEBSITE.

Spent quite a lot here, and whenever there have been problems they have bene prompt to respond to any enquiries in a helpful manner.
I have also received all packages in reasonable time.

I've been ordering products from indeedbuy.com for quite a while with no issues. Last week, I received an MP3 player DOA. I notify customer service and they shipped a replacement unit right away. That's what I call good customer service!

Excellent website. I received the package for my first order about a week ago. It took almost a month (from the time I ordered) for it to arrive, but the shipping is free and there is no minimum order value. One product was defective, but the customer service people there at indeedbuy.com are really great and solved the problem in less than 2 days by returning the product's value as store credit after I had proven that the product was faulty.

Occasionally, we get some trouble due to postal inefficiency, but up do this day, indeedbuy has always reshipped or refunded me for any order that has gone astray. I am glad to have indeedbuy as my dropshipper. I have bought many items at indeedbuy. One time, the item is out of stock, and the status becomes "awaiting from supplier". I cannot wait until the item is available, so I decided to cancel my order. I contacted indeedbuy via customer support express to cancel my order and ask to refund my money. Finally, indeedbuy refunded all of my money and the order was successfully cancelled. I am happy to shop at indeedbuy. Indeedbuy is a webshop in Hong kong, with a huge range of products. They have lots of gadgets, but also other things, such as accessories for iPods, repair tools for game consoles, accessories for game consoles, and many, many other things.

Indeedbuy has always provided great deals and suprisingly decent products, and in a rercent experience, showed off their awesome customer service. I received an item that was damaged due to shipping/handling and indeedbuy kindly sent out a replacement. Thanks for the great service!
