My items never arrived. I pay 75 euro for nothing.
After 60 days they say sorry cant help you.

Just took my money straight out of my account I never received any kind of email letting me know that my shipment will arrive…I tried contacting them no response I did manage to find a link to a complaint line and I was told they have nothing to do with this company….Horrible experience dont recomend.

I just recently ordered a Mary Poppins 鈥?keep it Poppin鈥?hoodie. The hoodie is a nice quality, but the print is faded and cheap looking . I am scared to wash it because I think it may wash off . There were no washing instructions including. For 40$ I expected a better print.

Terrible company to deal with. Lost my first package that I needed for a birthday gift. I asked for Express shipment for the second shipment so it could make it here in time for the birthday, and If not, I wanted a full refund. They declined both, and shipped it regular post again. It's a week past that birthday now, and I still don't have the new shipment. Looks like it's lost again!

Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They do not respect the customer whatsoever. Offer no viable solutions or help when you ask for it. No customer service number!

Product was lost in the post. When I approached the company the were very helpful & sent out a replacement product promptly which we received & my son is very happy with his jumper.

It took a month for my package to be delivered, after I received it I hated it!!!! I ordered gucci phone case… looked cheap AF! Nothing like the picture… I have sent several emails asking for my money back and no luck… please don鈥檛 order from here they suck!!!

First off, all of the positive reviews for this company have been BOUGHT.

This company is falsely advertising to their customers and refuses to accept any returns whatsoever. The product I received was of much lower quality and looked different than advertised. The company refuses to accept any returns or issue any refunds after contacting them several times about the issue. The company offered to send me a duplicate of the same item made with the same low-quality material, which I declined, but they sent to my house anyway.

The company also lists no phone number to call, presumably to deter unsatisfied customers from airing their grievances. The support staff members I talked to included Jasmine (supervisor), Terrance, and Patrick. Please don't let this company take advantage of any other consumers, and DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Awesome hoodie . Will order from again

Ordered a rick and morty hoodie, the tracking stopped when it reached Copenhagen and either it hasn't arrived or it has arrived but no one home and i dont know where it is now. I paid 320dkk and my income is 925dkk so im not amused

It took a whole month for me to finally get my shirt that I ordered, and when I got it I was furious at the cheapness of it. Fruit of the loom shirt, and the print was blurry and extremely cheap looking. I am so disapointed. No matter how much you want the sanderson sisters shirt, DON'T ORDER IT. Should have known it was a bad idea when there were adverts all over Facebook for it. $30 down the drain for a shirt that looks worse than if I just did it myself.

Increteeble is legit. Our gucci bear t-shirt got lost in transit. Customer service took care of our lost bear immediately. They shipped us a new bear right away and said "this gucci bear is on us".

I have ordered several items from the company, and they've all been pretty good quality and delivered not long after they've been purchased.

I ordered 2 shirts recently for an upcoming trip and the quality of printing and the shirt itself were excellent I already am picking out Christmas t shirts and hoodies!

I placed an order on Oct 4 th….They have charged my card…No merchandise at all….No way to get a hold of them….165.00 dollars
