Before buy anything they told me will take care of all, even in quarantine, in a fast way so I paid Gold package. They took more than 1 month get company name. Company address is wrong and they request me to pay 300 USD only to fix that, customer service answers are once a week with luck, and the worst part I still waiting about 3 months to get my EIN, what they suppose to get me "fast". But the worst thing I cannot leave them until my company is completely formed. Not recommended.

Horrible horrible company we paid the gold package and the file EIN incorrectly and here we are two months later and nothing. Their customer service is by far the worse I experience in the last decade. No follow ups and when they responded (Sergio S) is using I don't know if it's sarcasm or they are just that bad

IncFile's behavior borders on unethical. I had attempted to cancel IncFile as registered agent, and they refused, and proceeded to process a payment to themselves using my credit card on file.
Discussions with my attorney are pending.

Great design and service! Have been using Incfile for a while now and I like the design and usability of their online platform (and the reminders for filings) and I love that you can call/email and speak with a real person about your needs. A personal touch is really helpful and something missing at a lot of companies these days. I had one such instance recently, where I sent them the wrong address to deliver me a document and Andrea went above and beyond to get the address fixed with FedEx after the package was shipped – really avoided a big headache for me. Thanks Andrea and the Incfile team!

Had to dissolve 2 businesses in Florida and Alabama. Heartbreaking as they would have been our retirement dream. The pandemic devastated us. The one bright spot has been dealing with Incfile. We dreaded calling them to cancel our registered agents and mailboxes. They turned out to be very supportive and literally took care of everything as we were speaking on the phone. I get that companies are very helpful when you sign on, which Incfile was great, but sometimes other companies are very difficult to separate from. Thanks Incfile for your above and beyond level of support. We look forward to working with you again when we get back on our feet.

Terrible experience!! Placed an order for a S corporation in the end of March. I paid for expedited service. After 22 days I didn鈥檛 hear anything so I followed up. They said California is behind so I should just have a little patients. After 35 days still no update so I called the Secretary of State to check on my company. They told me they never received anything. I called Incfile back and told them what the Secretary of State told me. They now tell me it鈥檚 the post office that the state didn鈥檛 receive it yet! Yeah right!!! The post office doesn鈥檛 take two month to send paperwork from one state to another. They also couldn鈥檛 tell me why they submitted it via mail and not online! It鈥檚 going on 8 weeks now with no updates! Secretary of State told me yesterday it takes 2-4 days to register the company so I went on the internet and did it myself! I called Incfile as weil to get a refund since they couldn鈥檛 provide any services. They told me they have to see if they can give me a refund. In case they can鈥檛, I will reverse the charges! Terrible customer service! I wasn鈥檛 aware how easy it is to form a company! It takes 10 minutes and you save a ton of money! I will never use Incfile again and will not refer anybody to them!
