Love the coffee and the prompt and very helfpul customer service. Love the work these guys do around creating organic coffee while fairly paying the farmers. Love this company!

Great coffee retailer! I chose them mainly because of their green credentials – compostable bags & delivery packaging, carbon neutral, fairtrade. Plus they make it easy with a good website, subscription service, and selection pack. And of course the coffee is yum!

Still trying to work out the grind for my machine/beans combination…but that's all part of the fun.

You're welcome. I've got the grind sorted now and it works really well. Since you opened the door by asking though, there's one thing that could be better on the machine ( I realise that's the manufacturer's job, not yours!). I'm a closet mechanic, so keeping things clean always involves taking them apart. The two little screws at the top on the back are too short to go back into the (stupid and loose) little rivet nuts. They let down the otherwise excellent quality of the machine.
