They are not paying for opening the emails. I keep getting five and twenty cents to open their emails but i have been stuck at $29.41 for a longtime. Nothing has changed. I cannot even contact support,they keep saying that my username and password is wrong but that cannot be true because I can log in to my account. I would not recommend this site to anyone,There are a lot of better paying sites that will pay you without any problems. I will stop opening their emails as of today.

They do not allow you to contact them and refuse to honor your work. Also, quite possibly sell your information.

Please do NOT waste your time with inboxpays emails or offers. I have participated for well over 5 years and have NEVER received a dime despite being well over the required amount to cash out.

First off, please anyone deciding to sign up with them… DON'T!! It does seem legit and they are smart by getting your attention that it's free to sign up and you will get $5 just for doing so. So I did sign up about 3 years ago and it took me forever to get up to the $50 limit for a payout. I even spent some of my own money to get there. And since I requested my payment, I am still waiting.. going on about a year or so now. And what makes it so frustrating and makes me feel like a sucker is that there is no way to even contact them. They have no phone number, and you are supposed to be able to email them with a Support ticket. But Everytime I tried to get the ticket, all of a sudden my password is incorrect. I have been trying so hard to find any information about them and who owns it, something should be done because I have read countless reviews from people just like me who are owed money and the same thing happened to them. So definitely stay away from this, it is for sure a scam. This is why I never usually try any of these things, and this will be my last. Nothing but scam artists out there robbing good people. I got stuck on $30 2 years ago and it won't give me anymore money from emails or surveys. It says I've earned over $150 but was only credited 30 there is not even a customer service number or contact info on the page. I would recommend inbox dollars like all the survey sites it takes a while but they pay out at $30 I've gotten paid at least 4 times from them just got a check the other day and you can also use PayPal but it's odd on inbox pays it's stuck at exactly $30 and since hasn't given credit for emails or anything.

I've ordered all these things to reach $50 and now they taking forever to send me my cashout I requested this is ridiculous.

I've been a member of this site for 2years and after the 1 1/2 yrs it took me to get to the $50 cash out I still haven't gotten my payment. This company is absolutely the worst to join.

Yeah it鈥檚 a bunch of bull soon as you get close to the $50 they don鈥檛 send you emails you never get excepted for Surveys the ones that go through you don鈥檛 get paid it鈥檚 all bulI would not recommend the site to nobody the best one is inbox dollars they definitely pay

Would NOT reccomend this site. I've completed over 70.00 in offers and surveys but they have yet to "approve" the offers so I am not able to cash out I've been waiting 3 months and written 12 support tickets about the issue. Of course there is no phone number and in the one response I got from them they just recited a snippet of their terms and conditions saying I need 50 dollars to cash out. What a SCAM. Can we do a class action? My phone is 717 424 7708

I have been opening their emails for months now. I recently reached $46.50 and they stopped paying. I emailed but got no reply and when you submit a ticket, they say wrong username or password. I gave two stars in case this is a thing they're working on…but I doubt it.

Be careful of survey sites just like these! Many are scams & the best way to find out is to look for reviews. The legit ones will also have something on BBB & not that they have to "accredited" but at least they will have a score & complaints. Even if a company has complaints against them, they can get in touch with the customer to try to solve the issues. No one company or person is perfect but it's what they do with that issue makes them legit.

I have been clicking links and paying for products for the past 2 years only to be stonewalled at the end when I go to cash out my $60. There is no phone number, no email address and no way to contact InboxPays. When I try to submit a complaint on the Inboxpays website there's an error (and as I can see with everyone else is having this issue as well) The website will not let you sign in, it says you have the "wrong username or password." Which is obviously not the facts because you're signed in to begin with. I'm quite sure the BBB will be happy to hear about this as well as any lawyer. I'll check back to inform everyone about where to get in on the class action lawsuit against whoever is making money off of these advertisements that we keep giving in to and not paying us for it. Doesnt actually pay

They offer payment for emails and surveys, but either stop crediting you for them or don't pay you when you ask for a payout. Multiple people say it's a scam.

Inbox doesn't provided their own surveys to pay they just link you up to other cities. Such a scam and waste.

SCAM!!!!! I have also trdied to get to customer service and says email and password invalid but they will send me an email with my password. AI NEVER WORKS TO GET A TICKET…..

Don't even waste your time they're awful they lie to you give you these long surveys with malware and viruses on the program

Been using Inbox for about 8 months now. They are one of the higher payout per survey Give it a try ,you will love it!

But it takes a really, really, really, long time trying to gain enough points to get the $50. Then once you are able to do so, the phone number to verify your account is out of order. I have been stuck at $35 for about a year now. May never reach $50 again.

I have gotten to $39.60 and it won鈥檛 even give me the .03 or .05 cents anymore. I try to email them and say my password is incorrect and they send me my password and it鈥檚 the same I鈥檓 putting in. Yesterday and today it lets me sign into a Blank page. What a rip off!!!! I believe this company is s SCAM

A bunch of scammers. They lure people to complete large numbers of surveys then would stop one from getting to the final step to payment. The site seems unsafe also.

SCAM—–can not cash out — Im up to 200 dollars and can not cash out – When i go to there support page- It goes in circles i can never get to even send them a message . WOULD NEVER recommend wasted hours of time for nothing. Also as a single mom the fact they make you waste your time i ridiculous. Will be going out of my way to file a complaint with the BBB

I requested and verified a payment and have not received nothing in my account. I've been trying to touch base with them and can't get no response.
