I ordered from Inbike.com and had a very good experience with them.
I ordered 3 different items. they were shopped separately and all arrived at different time (those were shipped from UK and due to Covid, customs release took longer than expected).
One of the items, a helmet, despite being very well packaged, it arrived damaged. I immediately contact them and got a reply the next day asking for pictures. I provided them and they just shipped a new helmet the next day.
BTW, shipping was free (even if all items were delivered form UK)
Quality of the products are great.
I definitely will consider buying again from them.
