In-House First Aid

Part of the Tutorcare group as stated in there small print. Tutorcare have failed to pay a bumber of trainers only offering part payment then set up new companies. Have worked for them as a freelance trainer and raised many concerns to how they book courses would avoid or look at the feedback for Tutorcare before making a decision.

i haven't booked training and with the way my enquiry was handled I wont be. I made an enquiry though your website and i will give them their due they called me back straight away . i wrote down what i was looking for in the enquiry but it seemed they didn't take note as I had to repeat myself. the guy that was dealing with my enquiry kept talking over me and just told me the course 'i needed'. i said i would think about it and he said he would email over the costs ( i never received them and i called back and still never received them). i called back the 3rd time as i saw another course that i wanted to enquire about with a few questions and was told 'that's not the course you want'. If im honest my thought was how would you know i want? he then was pushy for me to book the course and kept talking over me. i replied that i was going to book it somewhere else as i felt like my opinion about my own booking wasn't valued. he then went on about we are the lowest costs and was very pushy

Trainer was excellent and made the day fun and engaging.

Made an enquiry on the website – specifically asked them to email me back (not call) as I was not in the office (I work from home, but didn't feel the need to mention reasons). Within 2 minutes they had called my office and have not stopped calling since. It's been nearly 2 weeks now!
When they did eventually email me, I replied to say that I was fed up with the calls, despite what I had requested & asked to be removed from their database. They have still not stopped calling! It's go so bad that we have now blocked their number. They are still calling and leaving messages. I have today replied to another email, again asking to be removed from their database.
It's an awful sales approach. We literally feel like we are being harassed and they have completely ignored my initial requests of email contact only. So unprofessional and quite frankly have left myself and my work colleagues feeling nothing but cross!
Needless to say I wont be booking any training with this company and feel their approach would be more suited to selling double glazing..
Definitely do not recommend!

Everyone enjoyed the course and thought it was very informative, engaging and entertaining.

we found the trainer to be quite inappropriate at times, with regards to expressing sexist and mildly racist views. He did not interact or show much interest in the audience. The afternoon felt empty of content and he finished the day very early. I would not recommend this trainer.

The training for Emergency First Aid at Work was actually enjoyable and very informative/educational. All 10 members of staff expressed the professionalism and character of the Tutor was outstanding and made the training more understandable and was enthusiastic for all to be involved.
I would encourage other organisations to book through Trustpilot as they are reliable, well organised and exceptional Tutors.

Knowledgeable trainer delivered a great course.

Booking was easy and not time consuming.
We had in-house training, our trainer 'Jo', was extremely competent. Made all participants feel at ease, with clear instructions throughout the training and able to answer all questions.

Your training was excellent and enjoyable, I have been in the care sector now for 47 years and even after that time your tutor was able to give me valuable information. My staff found her course material interesting and what's more important, they retained all she had taught them. I would like a special thanks given to the lady that taught us, she was excellent, I could not recommend her more highly, thank you all.

The team really enjoyed the training, the instructor made the training fun, interactive but very informative.

The tutor delivered the training session, very professionally, but also in a relaxed manor that all staff were able to understand. Andy answered all questions put to him, and is a very informative person.

Cost double what I normally paid.
Certificates had loads of errors with names misspelt
And the certificates looked less professionally then my normal suppier

Having used the company to provide a course for home educated children of various ages and learning abilities I would recommend them to others.
The trainer and programme were professional and delivered a well structured, age appropriate session.

Our trainer, was down to earth, realistic and despite having to get across the seriousness and importance of being first aid trained is he still managed to make it fun and easy to understand.
