Ordered in September 2018 never received item and customer service support doesn't help at all. Out the money plus Christmas gift for my grandkids

Yes as rveryone else, i also ordered and still waiting. I reported my concern to my bank and they did a refund of my money.

They took my money in October, still no product 5 months later and all I ever get from them is an autoreply.

I wish I had seen all of these reviews back in October before I had placed an order!! Apparently my order has been sitting in customs declaration for two months now and no one has ever responded to my inquiries other than their auto reply!

Be warned, this company will take your moneyand give you tracking information then stop all contact with you. They are not an American company but a fake company set up in China to take your money, stay away from them.

WE ORDERED A MONTH AND A HALF AGO AND HAVE GOT THE RUN AROUND. I WANTED TO BELIEVE, BUT THE PRICES ARE TOO LOW TO BE TRUE. SHIPPING ALONE ON THESE LARGE ITEMS WOULD BE CLOSE TO THE PRICE OF THE ITEM. I WOULD AVOID THIS SITE. IF I GET THE PRODUCT I WILL REDACT MY POST BUT TO THIS POINT IT SEEMS LIKE A SCAM

They are stealing from people. Taking your money and giving you no product for it. I cannot even get someone to return an email and there isn't a number to call. Scam, scam,scam!!!!
