Wish I had read the reviews before placing the order; sold me a guitar not in stock, after 2 months still no sign of it – I was the one who had to chase them. Cancelled order in the end and will never use them again. Will also tell all my friends / contacts not to use them.

Item above recieved today in a very timely manner. I have no hesitation to say my experience was a seamless transaction, from selection to delivery, no problems at all. Most competitive price and included a free padded gig bag and strap, so delighted. After placing order, one e-mail to confirm and the ability to track order, simple but effective.

ordered gibson sg special, money taken out account next day, waited a week no guitar phoned up and told it had been sent out the day the payment came off,waited another couple of days still no guitar.
phoned again,they checked and discovered that the warehouse didnt receive the order, however they sent it out that day,received it by parcel force next morning so no big deal these things happen as I run a mail order myself and have made more cock ups myself .
The guys where very courteous and apologised so everybody happy,
would certainly deal with them again as there prices are extremely competative

You really find out the real quality of a customer service when you have to sort out a problem.
If you enjoy a bit of a risk so iMuso is the right place for you.
Instead, if you are looking for a reliable service and even the most basic customer care then look elsewhere.
The description "In Stock – Next Day Delivery" is nothing more than a bet. I ordered the guitar in a Sunday, they timely took the money the next day at 8.11am, so I was expecting the guitar to be delivered at the latest on Tuesday, today is Thursday and no delivery.
After emailing them 5 times they didn't have the decency to say they didn't have the guitar in stock, to offer a refund or any other solution.
As of this moment there's no guitar and no refund. I will never place an order with them again. They even make you lose your time writing bad reviews! F….rs!

I ordered an acoustic guitar on the website, and it didnt say anything about it being out of stock. I only found out that it was out of stock after i had driven to their warehouse to collect it! And then they told me it wont be in for a week, and that i would need to come back then. Awful service. I cancelled my order immediately and bought the guitar from another company.

Bad communication.Said they had sent emails when they hadn't,they advertise stuff on their site that isn't even made anymore & a stroppy phone manner. Rubbish.

I ordered an Epiphone Dot Studio in Black, and an Epiphone hard case on Wednesday night, and on Thursday one of the Staff of iMuso called to say they didn't have the specific colour of the product I ordered and didn't have the case I ordered either. So he offered alternatives which I took, and he sent them out that same day. Very Helpful! I recieved the products on Friday.

Good service! Would use again. 10/10.

I ordered an Gibson Les Paul Standard at 3-50pm on the Friday and recieved the Guitar the very next day at 11-25am before the 12-00 midday deadline. The Guitar was perfect in everyway, as was the service. These guys have very good customer service. I will be using them again soon, because I have 100% confidence in the service they offer!! I Would recommend to others. Well done imuso.co.uk.

I really was unsure about buying from these as i had read 4 reviews online giving them a bad name and could not find anything good about them. but the price was right i paid with credit card just incase so i had cover and even contacted tc helicon first. i had a reply from them saying they did stock them and so went ahead to buy from them. i bought a 拢600 vocal pedal from them.

I ordered on a friday night… the order was deferred until monday morning (i guess they were not open weekends) and i relieved my item tuesday morning at half 9 in the morning. i am VERY VERY pleased with the service i had. the item was packed VERY VERY well and sent secure delivery with city link i could even track the parcel if i wanted.
If needed i WILL definitely buy from these guys again and would like to say thank you!

If you are looking for reliable service and even the most basic customer care then look elsewhere. I ordered 3 items from them all of which were available "for immediate next day delivery鈥? Great, I thought and paid not only for next day delivery, but extra for AM delivery. They happily took the money but have not delivered. They didn鈥檛 even have the common decency to say they had not sent the goods let alone to advise that perhaps I should not pay for next day delivery seeing as it is going to be 鈥? to 10 days鈥? So, next day to these fellas would apparently mean the next day after they can be bothered to send your goods so be very careful if you do use them for something you require urgently as I did. And don鈥檛 even bother trying to email them 鈥?they simply do not seem to reply at all (I have tried 3 times so far to cancel the order as they have failed to deliver as promised). So, as of this moment there鈥檚 no goods and no refund. I will never place an order with these people again and will accept nothing other than a full refund. I will report back when this is resolved.
