They Scamming Artist, Artist Services Suck,

Tried to release a project and they kept making excuses not to release it and completely ignore my reasons why the release is fine (gave them examples of major releases that are available on all platforms even with there so called issue with my release) . Bottom line, They do not value their customers nor their opinions. Can't get the release distributed, can't get a refund, or a simple reply to an email regarding a refund since they do not want to release the project. Bad Business!

Please stay away from this distributor. it's really outrageous.

Terrible experience, first I paid for a release then comes the day it should have been distributed to the stores and finds it hasn't. I go on the site and I can't sign in again yes again this happens every time I try to sign it I have to keep changing my password every time. So am in again then look for my release details to find it asks for details again which I have already inputted god knows how many times. Then I get an email something is wrong but they don't tell you what so how can I fix it? I check and when I input everything again it creates a new release and wants to charge me again. I had this same problem with the other distributor who I gave up with. Are they all like this or what? Looks like I will have to take a paypal complaint out. Fed up with all this completely I am.
