The order that I placed hasn't arrived in 6 (!!) days, using express delivery which is 1-3 days. I wrote them a complaint and I didn't even get an answer. Worst online shop ever!

The website states that the company offers free delivery within 1-2 days. I have not gotten my order within that time frame, which is why I contacted the customer service as I did not get any notification of whether my order was shipped yet or not and my order was quite urgent. They then got back to me the next day saying that my order was ready to be picked up. After having picked up my order (shorts), I recognized that they have sent it in a wrong size. That would normally not state a problem, however, in this particular case it feels like mockery. As I unpacked the order, I realized that they have just put a new sticker above the old sticker stating a size 27 instead of the real size 29. The size 29 is also clearly visible on the shorts themselves and therefore it seems like a desperate act to deliver me just something, as I have contacted them beforehand already, telling them that my order was urgent and it had to arrive at the very latest today.

With that being said, I am very discontent with their service and will not be ordering from them again as they seem to not be able to live up to the expectations they promise their customers.
