It is a website design site. I spent some time on there to see what it actually contained and I found it to be well done.
Some of the negative reviews here are wrong.

wonderful site – i could not have developed the auto-sizing textarea

I am using AdBlocker to block ads in my Chrome, but this site admin explicitly asking me to white list this website. I block ad to save bandwidth and avoid distraction, Does end user have no right to block ads?
