We booked a whole package for 7 days via Impressive Travel Vietnam and Kenny Lee supported us from beginning to the end. Kenny offered us very good price with very good quality. Perfect in all and we could not ask for more because the service, quality were over our expectations.

We arrived Ha noi last Monday. We booked train tickets to Sapa and a Halong bay tour 2 days 1 night on boat at Impressive Travel Vietnam with good price and excellent service. Rooms on the boat are very clean and comfortable.Friendly and helpful staff. They offered us good room with big window and we can sightseeing the bay from my room. Highly recommend! We make sure that we will come back next holiday

very professional and promptly response. i booked a package tour in Hanoi with them. the tour was fantastic. Thaison Palace hotel was very nice. because this company belongs to the hotel, we got a better price and the room was upgraded without extra fee. the cruise was very good as well. they gave us any information we need and it seemed that nothing was difficult for them.

Wonderful trip organized by professional team. From the first day i arrived in Hanoi until the last i left from Ho Chi Minh city, all accommodation, meals, transfer were arranged very well. They took care very carefully all our needs and requires.our program is very reasonable from hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hue, Danang, Hoi an, Nha Trang, da lat then Ho Chi Minh city. We really keen on our stay at Thaison Palace Hotel. Staff working there made our stay be amazing and unforgettable. On arrival they gave us a short direction of Hanoi and Old Quarter surroundings, with a small lovely color map. We were upgraded to a family suite room, because we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids 7 and 9 years old. The family room was so comfortable, big and satisfies for us all. The help from all staffs were so thoughtful. Each room has a computer with wifi, internet, so we could get it to work very well. Breakfast was exceptional, good choice and good meals. Thanks for all, especially thanks to this nice hotel staffs

We booked a wonderful journey through Impressive Travel, from Hanoi to Sapa and back. Wow, a nice trip, we explored the outskirts of the city town and had a nice experience on homestay in Sapa. A real poor life we felt, that differ from hotel staying condition we had at hotel in city center, but people there was very kind & simple, the nature there make us felt really peace on our mind. The tour made us feel so impressive & meaningful. 5 days & 4 nights only in Vietnam was so shortly for us. Hope next time, we can arrange a longer one.
