Yet to receive product, enquiries yield no response and product on company website appears different to the one shown on facebook.

Placed an order for the Preston Garment Duffel bag based on the online reviews by GQ and testimonials on the site itself.

8th Jan 2019: Received an order confirmation email as soon as order placed stating the product would be shipped and should be received in the US within 3-5 business days.

13th Jan 2019: Received an email stating the order had shipped with a DHL tracking number, tracking number didn't work on DHL.

15th Jan 2019: After a bit of researching, found a post on the company's facebook page that apologised for technical errors and advised customers to try FedEx tracking (seemed reasonable). However, FedEx tracking indicated the order had not shipped, only the shipping label had been created and was awaiting shipment. The facebook page also showed the colour and look of the bag to be different to the product depicted on the website at time of placing order. Emailed company to request status update on when order would ship and confirmation the version of the bag that would be shipped would be as per the website and not the facebook group.

18th Jan 2019: No response to email request for clarification and FedEx tracking still indicates the order has not shipped, only the shipping label had been created and was awaiting shipment.

Still giving the company the benefit of the doubt but disappointed with i) lack of company response, ii) to not yet receive product and iii) confirmation the order will be as per the product advertised on the website.
