The tour content was just wonderful, with great guides and drivers. When the weather turned too windy and the government wouldn,t let the overnight cruise boats go on Ha Long Bay, Tommy put us up in a nice new 5star hotel for the night. The next morning the wind was down and he put us on a nice shorter boat tour so we were able to get back to schedule for the rest of the trip. There was no extra charges for changes and all the coordinating Tommy did. Great concern and service.

I am just returning to the Uk after one of the best holidays I have ever had. I cannot recommend Impress Travel more highly. Dont waste your money going through big International travel agents go straight to Impress Travel and save yourself a fortune.
