They are slow with getting back to customers. I've sent two messages already when they said they would ship my motordyne art pipes the week of the 29th and I still haven't received my order. They haven't even sent me an email saying whether it's been shipped or not. What kind of website doesn't have a phone number. Will definitely never ever shop with this place again !!

Very helpful in resolving issues with my order. The issues where out of their control but the gave me a refund. Would buy from them in the future

Import tuned sent me the motordyne cat back exhaust That I paid over $2000 for in did not even send me all the parts. I'm missing all hardware clamps, and these claims cost $20 a piece. When I pay full price for an exhaust I expect a full exhaust. In port tuned have not contacted me back yet after I have contacted them and I am waiting for their reply. With contacting in them I realized that they only have an email that is directed towards no one else but the company. No phone number no customer service rep… no one. With purchasing multiple exhaust from multiple different Websites before I've never experienced a company not sending me all my parts. Now my car is stuck at the mechanic shop with no exhaust and no one is contacting me for any help on resolving this issue. VERRY DISAPPOINTED!
