People must be warned of that company that ist charging more money after payment and do not allow to cancle the order.
So that they can do whatever they want.
Do not buy on Impex !!
This is a burglary.

Customer service is horror. As the customer would be their enemy and top of everything they are malicious. Lack of advise, help, friendly approch everything that you would await from a Japanese webshop. They don't follow even the basic rules that are set by the law to protect the customers in e-commerce. They really think their policy could overwrite the country's e-commerce regulations…Thanks God and Paypal to have been refunded after a long and pointless argument.

made a couple orders and always they found a reason to charge more money after full payment, refuse to cancel the order.

Made an order (127742) with 3 items of wich 2 couldnt be delivered, I tried to cancel the order for 3-5 day but they kept draggin it so the one item of 3 ordered arrived at their warehouse and couldnt be canceled, so I was forced to make the purchase of an item for 3.5$ with deliverycost of 20$, because the company refused to pay out my balance to my paypal account so I had to make the order to not lose the 13$ in my balance. So if you not 100% sure that things are in stock DONT use this company.
