I purchased a bag from here. 3 months of light use later the pony skin was going bald and the buckle came off. I returned it requesting a refund. 2 weeks later i received an e mail telling me that I had damaged the item but as a goodwill gesture they had undertaken (unauthorised) repairs – dyeing the bald patch to match. I responded that I wasn't prepared to accept a repaired item and was told that it was already in the post to me, and the owner (this appears to be a one man band) was going to be away so I had to take delivery of it. She informed me that she would not be able to speak with me for 10 days because she had important business to do with a Disney film. I was expecting further contact when she returned from her important business but why should she bother as she has my money and I have a rubbish product. Do not be fooled by the great designs. This brand sells itself as premium, luxury and other similar terms, but produces poor quality items with abysmal customer care.
