There was the chance of having a free shipping code in case of withdrawal…until I had to do it. They changed the rules about it during the shipping of my order, WITH NO ADVICE even for the orders made when this rule was still valid. This is not how a serious company works. Customer service really really slow. I'll never buy again and I will do anything to prevent to other people to waste their money in this shop

I ordered a shirt and on the website it said that the shirt will arrive before Christmas. I didn鈥檛 receive the shirt before Christmas so I emailed them. Every time I emailed them, I got a standard customer service reply.
Now, almost two months later, I still don鈥檛 know where my shirt is and when it will arrive. I need that shirt in TWO DAYS! Every time I email them I get the same response and no information about my shirt. I already told them I need that shirt soon and otherwise I want my money back. They just completely ignore that. It鈥檚 just awful how they do this!

I ordered products back in the end of December and they're finally on their way. Great isn't it? No.. not really. Let me explain a bit.

Let's start with the biggest problem: The customer support. It's baffling, it's absolutely horrible.
At least their Finnish customer support is, it's an awful display of how you should never handle your customer support. There's none. I contacted the Finnish customer support three times in total in the span of 2 weeks+ and I got ZERO replies back.

If you have a shortage of items which affects the shipping KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS NOTIFIED WITHOUT THEM HAVING TO CONTACT THE SUPPORT 4 DIFFERENT TIMES. It's not a very hard thing to do, my standards are not ridiculously high either. You set the promised shipping time, it's your job to either fulfill those promises or let the customer know if their products are going to be late. They did send me the email after the last time I contacted a different Impericon support but come on.. this isn't how things should go. A customer shouldn't have to notify the support of their already bad experience for them to do something about it.

Not responding on emails/feedback, just wanted to know if it is possible to ship this shirt before x-mas, no response, exceeding their own 24 hour limit to ship product … third day they are "packaging" my t-shirt which is even on stock, must be pretty hard. 1/10 experience, never more.

this is the first time i have ordered from this company.. parcel came in good time, well packaged, good condition.. my t-shirt fits perfectly and i love it??.. will order from Impericon again. i ordered a Black Label Society t-shirt.

Overall I really enjoy the site and the company.
The merch are good quality and very durable.
The only problem that i have is with the transporter, they can be very desorganised.

Shipment was so fast
Code Orange – Thinners Of The Herd – T-Shirt : The printing Quality is great but i dont like the Gildan brand. Gildan's shirts are not that black and they lose their quality after 3-5 wash.

Code Orange – Panther – T-Shirt : The printing quality not good as the first tshirt ( Code Orange – Thinners Of The Herd – T-Shirt). but the shirts brand is not gildan its TULTEX. I would rather to buy tultex against of Gildan. Their quality is way better than the gildan.

and i am so happy that i got a code orange poster in fuse magazine 🙂

It's been a week since I ordered my stuff and I have no idea what's even going on with it. You didn't give me a tracking number, and you say my order is complete. Shipping was 20 dollars, which is the worst i've ever seen. I'm never buying from you scam artists again.

Brilliant company. First time I have used them, but will definitely be using them in the future. Ordered some vinyl, which was very well packaged. Also ordered a t-shirt. Would have been nice if that had been packaged in a separate bag.
