Imperialteas

Purchased tea from Imperial Teas for over twenty years, originally climbing the hill and buying in store when I was a student and then subsequently online. The Darjeeling has always been superb quality and constantly changing – latest purchase was no exception.

Surprised to see only one review for Imperial Teas! I've been using them in shop(s) and online for almost 15 years now, and have been impressed by the range and consistent quality of products available (this is teas – I have no interest in coffee, I'm afraid). Ordering and delivery is fast, and they offer a "loyalty scheme" of sorts. On the rare occasion that I've had to phone them, any issues have been dealt with swiftly and courteously.

My only gripe would be with the courier firm they use: the last few deliveries have involved a charmless muppet who insists on calling me "pal", which I do not appreciate. But that's no reason to give IT anything less than 5*.

Cannot fault their service!!! this is not a cheap company – you pay for what you get….but what you get is excellent quality! If you have a more expensive refined taste….then check out them out as they have some of the rarest teas/coffee around.
