Impala Skates

My daughter (10) loves the skates ( Pale blue in-lines) Too early to comment on quality, but they look pretty well made and are very pretty! Lovely customer service when we had a small issue about 'Free' Pins …..Thanks!

There were some mix-ups with my order but Impala customer service was quick and helpful and I now have my beautiful pink rollerskates. It麓s frosty today so I have not taken them outside just yet, but they felt great when I took them on a shaky new-beginner spin on the living room floor

Perfecf pair of rollerskates, amazing design

The shipping was very fast. The package that they came in is simply beautiful. The product arrived perfectly fine. However I found it difficult to install the brake. The skates were very stiff at the beginning and it was hard to wear them, but after the second time that I wore them it was easier to fit.

It鈥檚 an amazing brand!!! Would recommend 10/10. Fast delivery. The colors are even better in real life, I love my skates!!!

The rolla's are like little unicorns of joy on my feet. GORGEOUS
The saftey pads are brill to, I was worried they wouldn't fit as sports goods can come up small and my knees are swollen from years of martial arts. But they fit BRILLIANTLY. sooooo relived. (in size L)

Excellent service and exchange when skates did not fit

I started skating in March 2020. I purchased black impala skates & Impala socks. I was only learning to skate, nothing agressive, not many falls & the heel sperated from the boot just after the one month mark. I was sent a replacement pair as they were in warrenty which came really quick but that second pair also broke.
I only street skate, no jumping or even falling that often.
So overall they have been a complete waste of money.

Also the socks, Im a size 8-10 and ive never thought I had fat legs but these socks are SO TIGHT ! I thought they would be thicker for skating but are very thin, either way I cannot wear them because they are so tight & make me look like I have cankles. I hate everything about the socks, make me feel so disgusted about myself but its not me its the socks.

I understand they are $150 skates but they constantly break. The toe stop sucks big time. They really need adjustable toe stop. If I had the my chance again I would definitely put in the extra $50 & buy something from Rio Roller or the Moxi Rainbow Rider.

I really have zero trust in this brand, So so many people have had the same issue I have had & Impala has nothing to say or do about it. Leaving myself & many others out of pocket & heartbroken.

I've been awaiting stock on their EU site for a while and signed up to the updates. It gave clear dates on when they expected a restock and then I got an email when the skates I wanted (in my size) were ready to be ordered.

The order was quickly done, no fuss and paid for securely with PayPal.

My order came through really quickly and I was super impressed with the item quality, despite what some reviews have said – they are brilliantly made, far cheaper than their competitors and I would highly recommend them to beginner and intermediate skaters as a first skate or those wishing to get back into it.

I love my skates and have had them almost a month now, with daily use I can see they are going to last a long time.
