The company I work for wanted to memorialize a former employee who had passed last year. I searched around and attempted to work with two other vendors before finally finding Impact. The experience I had with both of the previous companies was awful. Neither one seemed to have a full grasp of the services they could offer and placed much of the responsibility with me (even though I would have even less knowledge of the plaque processes or what the companies offered specifically). Impact Signs not only made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, they also were extremely professional with the payment/proof process and were extremely prompt with their work. All in all, we could not be happier having finally chosen Impact to do the job!
