Signed up for a years advertising on a leaflet. They believe I signed a rolling contract so are trying to charge me again even though I have never proof read any ads or seen any of the leaflets, and certainly did not sign up to the laughable terms and conditions they sent me when I requested them. Kinda convenient that their "sister company" is a debt collection agency eh?

I have just finished contacting Watchdog, Trading Standards etc etc.
They sign you up without showing you the Ts and Cs, don't print anything for up to 6 months, give one box of leaflets to the estate agent who don't use them and then keep trying to take money from you every year. The most unpleasant company I've ever dealt with – AVOID!

Run a mile they automatically charge you every year unless you cancel 6 months in advance

We were approached by a sales rep from this company over a year ago and we were foolishly roped into believing that they'd be printing an ad on the back of appointment cards in a related business in the city centre. We took a chance on the ad as we thought it might generate some leads for our business.

After some time we contacted the company with the appointment cards and asked them to confirm that we were on the back of these cards. No response. We left voicemail and emailed, no response to this day.

Now, we've just had Impact Adverts on the phone threatening us with legal action because the "contract" has rolled into another year and we haven't paid!

Anyone being approached by this company, beware! They are scamming people and threatening them with legal action if they don't pay them the following year again!
