The company is in grave need of additional HR. The lack of HR leads to the recruitment of inexperienced employees and lack of proper training. The work environment is decent, and the co-workers are friendly. However, these are offset by incompetent management who doesn't know how to address problems effectively. Also, most employees are overworked and do not receive adequate compensation. The company seemed great during the interview, but they failed to deliver on any of their promises. It seems the management lacks direction.

I own a small business and couldn't afford a Digital Marketing Manager. They promised to improve my customer engagement via social media and ruined everything. The engagement levels of my customers dropped for a few months I hired them!

Working with them was not an easy task. We experienced communication issues, delays on deliveries and eventually we had to let them go.
