I recently ordered a memorial plaque and am very pleased with it. Communication with the design was great. The plaque arrived exactly when they said it would.

The product came on-time and looked good except for several deep scratches on the border and lettering, several that are very visible.

Excellent product… it will last for many many many years….so therefore worth it….and fast service !

They are little slow in their response, but even during Covid they built the perfect sign for me!

We had a customized family logo made in metal to go along with some of their standard metal residential address numbers. They were very helpful throughout the process, answered all my questions, provided a nice proof of concept so I could get a sense of the design, and most importantly the final product was exactly what we wanted.

This was a very simple process. Chad was very prompt with communication and went what I consider the extra mile to get it delivered in a timely manner.
I鈥檓 disappointed that despite that communicating that the plate would be installed on a wood surface ( requiring wood screws to attach) we received machine nuts and bolts. We sourced brass screws as instructed but were unable to tap them so the rosettes were not able to be installed. This resulted in a less than desired level of final finish.

my quote indicated that i would get a full set of stud sleeves in 3 or 4 different lengths. all i got was 1/4" sleeves which means the installation while adequate is not excellent.
