It's a terrible customer service. They booked me a car (and sent a contract on email) with Europcar for 11pm. When I arrived, Europcar was closed. Europcar customer's service was understanding, and helpful, and they provided proof that they did not have such booking. Imoova customer service was terrible: they shut me on the phone, avoided my calls, and kept giving me excuses "in 2 days you will receive an email" "we are not in the office now, call in the afternoon" and so on. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND.

Imoova charge double what the hire company does for extra days – don't fall for it, go direct.
They take $25 for every booking amendment…this adds up and they never waive it.
They were rude on the phone when trying to dispute being charged double/twice.
Dealing with imoova was a pain, should have gone direct to rental company rather than pay double what I should have just for their undisclosed and hidden commission.
They don't tell you about the extra cost of the per km road tax in NZ despite asking repeatedly for a breakdown of all costs we would meet when taking up the relocation.
