PhoneRescue for Android product listed to work without needing a root. Software then tried to root the phone. It failed. It gave me a link to the company's top three picks of software to root the phone. Not a single one was real. I sent a refund ticket. When I went to check the status of the ticket it asked me to sign in to my account. I had never been prompted to create one so I chose sign in with google account. When I went to set up the account from there it claimed I already had one.

The thing I like the most about Apple鈥檚 hardware is its 鈥渏ust works鈥?quality. Apple's software is almost as good, with one notable exception: the abyss called iTunes with the attendant design of iCloud and media syncing. All the rules seem to be devised to obfuscate rather than help the user while the motivation stems from intellectual property protection. Several years ago, iMobie came to the rescue and I am glad to have been a beneficiary since the early days of that company which has evolved remarkably in developing products that help plug the holes and smooth the quirks of Apple鈥檚 software. The one product I have depended on heavily is AnyTrans. The name is quite apropos as this program makes it easy to transfer and preserve any media reliably and predictably among any Apple devices over generations of Apple鈥檚 software upgrades each of which presents new challenges to media management. Yes, it makes Apple鈥檚 systems 鈥渏ust work鈥?where it didn鈥檛. I like to also mention that iMobie鈥檚 customer support is efficient and friendly even to someone who bought their product a long time ago.

Before you spend money with these guys, consider these facts. First, if you have a problem and (based on my experience with PhoneRestore and after reading the problems encountered by others) you will, tech support is all but non-existent. No phone. Say they have instituted Chat but couldn't find it. Only way to communicate with them is via email. Slow email. They promise a response within 48 hours "on work days." If your device is unusable because of their software, you don't have 48 hours. And the 48 hours is just the start. I haven't gotten my first response yet, but apparently a slow exchange of emails awaits. In my case, the PhoneRestore software put my iPhone 8 in a loop that is preventing it from turning on. Screen goes to white, Apple logo appears as though is about to boot up, then the screen goes to black. The phone has been repeating this for almost 36 hours now. Since I have to have my phone (can't wait for 24 to 48 hours or whatever), I called Apple. The only way to get the phone back is to wipe and restore. Doing that now. I used the PhoneRestore software in hopes of restoring an accidently deleted text message stream. Now I'm going to loose all of my text message streams plus any photos, etc. that were created since the phone's last iCloud backup! If I ever hear back from them, I will request a refund but based on what I've read, that will be an iffy proposition. Wish I had done more research before buying. Live and learn.

Product did not work as advertised, and repeated attempts to obtain a refund from their website support section, resulted in an inability to get past a error message that says 鈥淭he ticket is still in open status you must close before creating a new one鈥?- but provides no way to 鈥渃lose鈥?the ticket.
I tried submitting it under a different topic, and got the same error message.
I am asking for a complete refund, as I鈥檝e only had the product 1 day.

Product worked fine but they have made it 100% impossible to cancel my subscription or request a refund. It's one thing to make a good product but dont ruin it by trying to be greedy

Had a problem with AnyTrans not working correctly. Customer Service worked through it and fixed the issues I was having. It took some time, but they did get it corrected.

I bought the software, AnyFix to fix the iPhone 4s with forgotten ID and password. However, the software asked for the firmware to be downloaded which I did but it did not work! I tried iPhone six plus it also asked for the firmware which was 4.5gb foe downloaded but still it could not work. You need may be to work on the firmware thing… it would even be better if the software has the firmware in it which fixes all generations of iOS.

However, I am so grateful to the iMobile team. You exhibited professionalism in handling customers. Your response to my case was so helpful and above all, you were able to refund all the funds to my account.
Keep up the professionalism!

I will try one of your software in future and I won鈥檛 hesitate to recommend a friend or anyone because I now know that I am dealing with professionals.

The PUA:Win32/Sogou is considered dangerous by lots of security experts. When this infection is active, you may notice unwanted processes in Task Manager list.

Great product. I always found it problematic transferring files to my Iphone using Itunes. Anytrans completely resolves the problem. Their service department is also extremely good. When I was having difficulties launching the program they were extremely prompt and helpful in resolving the problem.

Its a virus, downloaded this to clear storage off my phone and now its been stuck at the starting up screen.

I mistakenly ordered MacClean twice. I noticed my mistake and emailed PayPRO Global.
They were very kind to cancel my unnecessary order and refunded the payment.

I have used AnyTrans iOS for 5 years. I like using it to manage my photos and documents. It's a very efficient and convenient way. I highly recommend it!

The support is very kind and helpful. Their response to my issue was fast. The problem is the app PhoneRescue for iPhone which couldn't be used on my iPhone as the iOS version is higher than what they support.

Excellent app. And absolutely excellent after sales support from the iMobie team. Very professional support team. Strongly recommend.

This is the only app I found to transfer files from an app i have which is no longer supported for transfer on my new Mac. I had a couple of issues at first to do with upgrades etc but the response from their support is outstanding. They are speedy, helpful and friendly in their communications. Recommend very highly

I have used Anytrans for Android now about one year with couple of phones. It works as promised, no more or less. Mostly I use it to move photos directly from phone to computer. I also make backup of my family's all phones. Also browsing phone files is much easier with computer 32" screen than phones 6"! I haven't had any problems with wifi connections so far, phone connect nicely.

But there is still room for development. For example when I make a simple backup, AnyTrans make a new folder and copies every file to it. And next time the same thing, and again, and again. I have to use third party software to sort out extra photos and files.

Finally, support works nicely but maybe too polite. Direct to business, that my way, a Finnish way 🙂

i use Anytrans for iOS, which has been a great piece of software for managing my partner's ipad from a Windows PC.

Due to hardware changes, I've been 'locked out' of my account a couple of times recently – but on both occasions iMobie customer services have been rapid in response and very pleasant and positive in manner.

Good app except when root the phone is impossible….:-)

AnyUnlock unfortunately didn鈥檛 work for me. (Nothing wrong with the tool, the only problem was that my iPad had never been activated before).
I explained the situation to the customer service, had a nice and compressive response and I got refunded in just a week.
Never seen such a kind customer service.
