HORRIBLE! CHEAP FABRIC WITH A HIDEOUS PRINT & NOT THE SHIRT I SAW ON THE WEBSITE.
BEWARE THIS IS SERIOUSLY A RIP OFF COMPANY IN CHINA!

I am waiting for an order that was placed 21 days ago. They sent me a tracking number that was created with not merchandise shipped. I wish I has checked reviews prior to placing my order. I did not realize this was a Chinese company with no real obligation to consumers.

I certainly should! Have read the reviews before giving them my money. Was so looking forward to my Border Collie T shirt. Now I have to look forward I guess to not only growing older as I wait for my SURPRISE! Purchase but I should maybe get out my Barbie dolls and tell them the shirt might fit them? Jeez. Great. Wonderful. Love China don't you?

The shirt I saw on the website site and ordered was NOT the shirt I received. I ordered the shirt with bright beautiful colors an detail. The shirt had no color a.or detail except shard of grey. Extremely disappointed as it was to be a gift. Now can't get the address to return it. I feel ripped off for sure.

Stay away from this company. You would be better off going to ali barbaba. You would then be paying a lower price and you would het some protection should your parcel go astray or if you are not satisfiex with the product.

Clothes received look nothing like the advertising pictures. Very poor fabric guality. Except for letter (L or XL) size tags, no other tag exsisted. No manufacturer not even fabric content or washing instructions. Tried to return but text replys from immorgo were very discouraging. They tried to discount the clothes then said I could give them away as Christmas presents, but couldn't returm them, it would be too costly. I found out that the return address that was on the package (Newark, New Jersey) was not where it originated. It came from China. To return package it would cost $77 on an original investment of about $130. They also warned me that my package could get lost. What a scam!

Product was nothing like picture advertised. I wish I'd read these reviews before I bought it. Material was nothing like the one pictured. Terrible all round. Awful. Do not trust this website. Email correspondence unhelpful. They will not send me an address so I can return this awful garment.

I made a purchase for my daughter's 18th birthday On July 7th, 2020 and in July 11th I received an email saying that my order was on its way. Today is August 23! They sent me a tracking number that leads nowhere and I've been trying to reach them via email without success! My emails are being completely ignored and my credit card was charged $113.00 USD for something that has not been RECEIVED! This company runs a big scam and it seems like no law is after it! WHY DO THIS SITES FORCE YOU TO SELECT AT LEAST ONE STAR?!

I ordered 4 printed t-shirts, they supposed to be 100% cotton and they're nylon! The prints themselves were supposed to be as closed on the pictures or at least close, but they're a disaster! Weak colors, poooor quality!
Also, the models are completely different from the images shown on their site…

I received COMPLETELY different experience than expected. It's not something delivered by mistake, but the quality and the prints are just awful! Stay away from this site…

Also I found the t shirts on another site for 7euros each and I paid them on Immorgo 25 euros each plus shipping on top of that!

After 2 months of waiting, the order arrived. But what a disappointment, firstly the fabrics are of very poor quality and do not correspond to the description, the sizes are too small, example an XL with a handle for children and there is also a change of colors. The two pieces only is one piece. A big disappointment… in addition they never answered my questions that I had asked during the waiting time… It's a total theft… and a frustration, because I will like them report to a consumer protection organization, but I don't think it could work.

Wish I could find something positive to say but the truth is that their clothing is horrendous and nothing like the photos they use in their advertisements. They size their clothing as if it's made for very small children. A large size is apt for a ten year old kid. The fabric is rough and smells like it was pickled in a nasty sauce. It's a huge waste of money! Wish that i'd read the reviews BEFORE ordering their clothing. I won't waste my time trying to return the clothing to be refunded since other reviewers state it's an exercise in frustration and a waste of time. Lesson learned: never order anything on line if I do not know enough about the quality of the product being sold.

I ordered a white shirt. It was cheaply made and I was unhappy with it. I emailed them how to return it. They tried to send me a coupon for a future purchase. I declined that offer and was told I needed to pay for the postage to return to China. Not worth the hassle. Stay away from this company.

Not only did it take 4 weeks to get clothing does not fit right not comfortable

I received a "coat", which is thinner than most sweatshirts I own after THREE months. It was a completely different pattern than I ordered. The workmanship was the worst Ive ever seen in my life. It didn't even have a tag inside. Not one tag, yet, they show the garment on the website with a tag. I emailed the company and I'm waiting for a reply. But, if you're thinking about ordering from them, DON'T!!! Just horrible.

The first picture is what I ordered and the second is what I actually received from them. So disappointed and I want my money back!

Was just about to order 6 shirts. They looked very nice and expensive. Should have known I couldn't get a $100 shirt for 25ish something told me to read reviews so I did. I'm not going to order. Always read reviews because it's really the only satisfaction you'll get. I had ordered 3 blouses from another company. Same thing , they looked so nice and I promise they were the cheapest things I'd ever seen. Tried to return and they never would respond. I took this time to write this so nobody else will get scammed. Please don't order from this company before you read reviews and please believe them because the people that write them are at the end of their rope. Nothing you can do to get your money back and believe me you will not be satisfied.

I ordered two LINEN blouses, 53.

They came in 2 weeks late. They were made of cheap COTTON and nothing like advertised. I wrote to them, they answered late asking for proof and I gave them proof… well, they didn't answer this time. I got SCAMMED. Awful customer service. Please stay away from this shop.

Have ordered a sweater on 25/3, should have been here by the end of the month. it鈥檚 now 14/4 and no sign of it. I have emailed and received a bounce back. Looks like a scam.

I paid over PayPal so will try and get a refund.

Bought a sweater in size L – which cost me $39 and in the picture looked nice. Received this horrible cheap disgusting shapeless sweater – which I will give to the charity shop. I've been scammed – this is the sort of sweater you pick up in a Chinese market for $5. Please don't be duped – these products are truly horrible !

This is a lot like many of the reviews I read for the brand "Annie Cloth". I don't really buy clothes online but I thought I'd try it, and couldn't find any warnings about Immorgo online, which is why I'm writing this review.
I ordered two items from the "linen clothing" section, beautiful pictures of quality linen rompers, and received two items made from polyester and cotton, poorly made and thinner than a bedsheet.
I wrote to them to request a return and refund. They tried to dissuade me, but I spent over 100 CAD and was disappointed and didn't want any coupons or discounts for any other Immorgo products. I returned them, which cost 30 CAD. Unfortunately to send them with a tracking number would cost 80, so I went with it knowing that I'd probably never get anything back. Three months later and here we are, out $130 with nothing to show for it. Immorgo is dishonest and you should avoid.
