I have been living in an apartment managed by Covivio / Immeo for the last year. 3 weeks ago my water heater broke on a Friday night. I called the emergency hotline number all weekend and no one ever picked up. Finally on Monday I got through and they send a repairman right away. He confirmed that the water heater could not be fixed and that we would need to order a new one which would take a few days, no problem – to be expected – but then 4 days later I hear nothing. I call Covivio again and they say they don't want to work with that repairman and that they'll send a new one. This one comes the following Tuesday (note that at this point I've been without hot water for 11 days). The new repairman comes and again says that the water heater needs to be replaced. I don't hear back again for 5 days. Calling, sending angry emails, no one at Covivio seems to care at all. Finally I receive notice of an appointment by a new repair company this time thankfully to replace my water heater. After 18 days of having to boil water on the stove for my dirty kids to take baths, 12 calls over 18 days, and 3 mornings of taking off work I finally have a new water heater. Ridiculous. These people are shockingly bad at property management

1. The workers are not qualified and seem to be completely incompetent as to how to deal with clients (except for the ones that try to convince you to rent the property of course). They are incredibly rude and never actually pick up their phones, which makes it very complicated to actually reach them. Furthermore, they act as you are always the problem to everything and charge you unnecessary fees for unreal reasons they come up with.
2. The company takes a very long time to fix your problems and they do not really care in this time to lower your rent or to assist you in any way. We had issues with the internet/tv port in the house since it was installed 30 years ago and suddenly completely stopped working. It took them around 3 to 4 months to manage to arrange the installment of a new cable. During this time they were almost impossible to reach.
3. They blame you for things that are not actually real and do not care to in fact listen to your part of the story.

In conclusion, I recommend that you find another landlord.
