Shawn Mark refers himself as Canadian immigration attorney as to get more customers. His service is around USD 5000 with 3 installments. After getting the first installment, he tries to make a lot of excuses that the Canadian authority is working a new regulation, etc, in order to get more money. Even for shipment he asks for 2 times shipment fees. The protocol to pay his services, I found not normal, i.e. by remittance through Ghana and payment with BitCoin. After he got all money he goes missing, blocks my calls, my messages and my facebook account. I sees he frequently blocks users in his group in Facebook. In the end I found out that he is not an immigration attorney at all. He reported his office in Alberta CA, but in fact he lives in Mississauga ON CA. So many discrepancies I found. I hope I am the last person who becomes his victim.
