Bought a watch, which was received promptly EXCEPT that it was ONLY AFTER I bought it was I then told it was discounted, and therefore it was sold AS IS basically ?? Really ????? Without my prior knowledge APPARENTLY I payed over twenty US dollars for a watch WITHOUT A WORKING BATTERY ??? !!!! WHO SELLS A WATCH….. WITHOUT A BATTERY ???
