Imhaute

I placed an order for a shirt, days and days later I look on the site and it says "order awaiting fulfillment". So basically, the item was never in stock! They had no business stating that item was available/taking my money if the item wasn't available. Thank God I used PayPal and reported them and got my money back. I sent them emails that they never responded to. I will NEVER order from them again. I will stick to fashion nova!

I received my order earlier than I expected.. I bought I few items in which I love all but one. I received my dress with a hole at the bottom, wasn't very noticeable so I dealt with it. However once I wore it and than washed it… There are several holes from the bottom to the arms. Can't seem to get ahold of customer service. I'm very upset because I really liked this dress and had plans on wearing it this coming up weekend.

Just wanted to drop a line on how cute the stuff I just got from Imhaute.com was. I bought the Red & White Polka Dot High Waist Swimsuit, a pair of matching heels and a few bangles for my summer break in Cancun with the rest of my Sorority sisters. Let me tell you, I was definitely the "Star" of the show! LOL…..All of my sisters loved my outfit and a couple of them even bought the same suit in different colors for our next vacay! The best part was that it wasn't just the girls commenting on my suit, I had at least 5-6 guys come up to me and tell me that they loved the "Pin-up" girl look that I had going on….granted they could have just been using a line but all in all it made me feel great to know that I was looking HAUTE in my new outfit….Since my first order I have placed 2 more orders and I have been thrilled with everything. I would definitely recommend I'm Haute to anyone who is looking for a cute outfit and doesn't want to spend a ton of money!

I don't normally write reviews but my recent experience with Imhaute,com was so good that I felt compelled to write one. Recently I was looking to buy a cute bikini for Memorial Day weekend. I was looking for a Vintage Style High Waisted Suit but I didn't want to spend a ton of money. I came across I'm Haute after searching on Google and so I decided to take a look at the site. The site looked super cute and had a lot of great looking stuff for pretty cheap but I was still a little skeptical since I hadn't heard of them before. I did recognize one of the Models Kassandra Brooks because I know she used to model at AMI and I loved watching her how to videos on Youtube, but again I hadn't heard of them before. After looking through their selection of swimsuits I found a few really cute ones but I wasn't sure about the sizing of the suits and so I decided to try and give customer service a call. When I called customer service to my surprise I actually spoke with Kassandra! When I asked her why she was answering the phone she told me that she had started her own company now and that is why she is no longer modeling at AMI. Anyways, after speaking with her for a few minutes about the different suits that I was looking at she was able to help guide me in which sizes would fit me best based on each swimsuit. After hanging up with Kassandra I felt a lot more comfortable about placing an order with them, not to mention they were having a 30% off sale and so I decided to go for it. I placed my order on a Monday Night and I was leaving Friday so I was a little pressed for time but I elected to go with the standard shipping. Tuesday morning I received an email letting me know that my package had shipped and to my surprise I actually got my package on Wednesday. When I opened my package I was again shocked…..Not only were the swimsuits exactly what I thought they would be (and they fit as Kassandra told me they would :)) but Kassandra has also taken the time to actually write me a hand written note thanking me for my business and wishing my a good Memorial Day weekend! I know it only took her a minute to do but it really added that personal touch that doesn't really exist anymore in the online world and I really appreciated it. In the end my swimsuits were a real hit over the weekend and as you can imagine I was thrilled to tell everyone that I got it at I'm Haute. Overall my experience with them was excellent and I will definitely telling more friends and of course also be shopping with them again soon! Thanks Kassandra you rock!
