i have waited over 2 weeks but no unlocking confirmation so only when i have contacted them asking for the status, they got back to me just to tell me that they're going to refund me due to delay, and i could resubmit a new order. this is a joke! i still haven't even got my refund through my credit card and they expect me to place a new order!? i'm starting to have a feeling this might be a scam… i'd rather just wait a little while more than to wait until i can comfort the refund, then resubmitting the order (i expect i will have to wait another 2 weeks) and who knows if they're going to do the same by telling me they're going to refund me due to another delay. time is money and i feel as i've wasted 2 weeks of my time simply to get my money back (i'm still waiting for this to show up on my credit card).
at least try to do something about it rather than just giving a refund and asking to place a new order. terrible experience.
