IMazing

The apparatchiks who answered my queries about the malfunctioning core task of this software said that it is a known problem, and there is no workaround — so, I am not able to transfer files from my PC to my iPhone. This is not acceptable. My letter to the respondents, Dima and Ilya, follows:

Now, I ask for your "understanding."

Today I asked the support Team, how I can keep my license when I switch to a new MacBook.

The Support responded about 2 or 3 hours after I鈥榲e send them my question. On a Saturday.

The response was very helpful and offered a Step-by-Step guide.

Haven鈥榯 seen such good and fast support for a long time.

The agent that handled my issue was very polite and professional. in the end, it turned out to be operator error… But never mind to the agent, he said that they were there to help and if I ever needed help again to not hesitate to write.

iMazing is really quite amazing for managing ios devices. With the one trick pony' limitations and constraints of iTunes and its replacement, iMazing takes the managing of your devices and their apps to another level. What iTunes can't do, or where iTunes fails, iMazing comes to the rescue. At the present time I continue on Mac OS Sierra. Without iMazing I would be forced to upgrade to Catalina if I wanted to backup or restore apps from a backup. (O yes don't forget about backups and iMazing does so much more in this regard than Apple's offering). iTunes does not work with ios 13. iMazing has saved me hours of work rescuing me where iTunes had no answer. And the support from iMazing is also first class. Always ready to help solve a problem. iMazing is the indispensable application iTunes or its replacement should have been. And for the price it is a no brainer!

A pleasure to ask a question of your support staff and get a simple direct answer (that worked) without getting a "copy and paste" tirade with paragraphs of useless information.

This iPhone Software Program is an Absolute Miracle, if you are one of the heartbroken unfortunate iphone owners that has had to struggle for years with a music manager for your iphone called iToons !! iMazing does all you need to do for your iphone, backup, transfer to other devices, Etc. Etc. I always keep a lot of important data, passwords etc: on my Notes, but lost them all because of an unauthorised sync by iToons ! did'nt even receive an apology. My Wife has returned to using iphone because of iMazing ! now she can transfer mp3 files of her choice to and from her devices. If any iphone users have several PCs, I would Highly Reccomend purchasing a Family pack of license activations for iMazing !! You will never regret it. After sales support is a Dream. These People of the Support Team are the best! They reply very fast, giving you all the possible solution to solve the problem at hand! Imazing is the best software to backup or restore you iPhone with everything in place! No need to reinstall apps or wifi,all there in the backup!

iMazing was able to solve problems that iTunes and Apple Tech support were unable to solve. If I would have listened to the guys from Apple I would have lost all my data from my iPhone (recordings, appointment etc etc.), iMazing got me back up and running without any loss of data in less than 15min. And it was suer easy !

I love this app! It鈥檚 helped my lawyer during my divorce obtain all texts in a legible manner to present in court.
I paid for two downloads and waited 6 months before needing the second download and In that process I lost the code I needed to access my second download. I was able to e*mail customer service and got a response in minutes! I couldn鈥檛 believe it, that was the fastest to the point response I鈥檝e ever received. They had my second download working within minutes!
