I went on line to find human hair lace front wigs. I found the web site Imaywigs. They advertised great looking wigs at great prices. I ordered 4. Paid the price for the wigs plus shipping and handling. My order was placed and paid in full in June of this year year (2020). I heard nothing from them in June. In July I received an email that saidd my products were on their way. I received nothing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic…. in August I tried reaching out to the to get tracking information since the email told me the wigs were on their way. I called their location was not able to speak to anyone. Sooo I emailed them and received no response. I have sent over A dozen emails and to this day I have heard nothing from this scamming azz company. I want my money back…. HELL I need my money back.

This website is a scam. The website looked like they were holding a sale for lace front high quality wigs shipping took a month and a half. When I finally received the product I got low quality, thin, horrible wigs. I emailed them asking for a refund offering to send the product back. They made the process extremely complicated. Asking for order number, name, address, name of product, link for product, evaluation of product, evaluation of shipping experience and more! After sending them all the info they asked for the offered a 5% refund to keep the product. Or a full refund if I return the product. I told them even though I found their offer unacceptable, I wanted to get this over with and asked for shipping information. They upped their offerer to a 10% refund to keep the product or a full refund with a return. Guess what. The shipping costs more than what I spent. They are running a scam and need to be held accountable.

I purchased "lace front human hair" wigs from them. What I received was NOT a lace front, was NOT human hair, the wig itself didn't have any similarities with the description of the item from their website.
I've been emailing back and forth since April 16th, it's June 25th now. They reply with automated system. They offered me 20% partial refund, but I didn't take it because I want 50% or full refund. Then they replied me with the same good old automated email, so I guess I'm back to April 16th.
For the full refund, they ask you to send the items back to China. Cost about $120 to send it back to their China location address.
They have a New York address on their website, oh but why don't they let you return to that address? Because it's a ghost address. If you check Google map, it shows as a street, no building. When you call their phone number listed in their website, it tells you phone number doesn't exist.
Scamming and stealing people's money is not a joke or a game. Karma will get you, Imaywig.

I ordered wigs that have pictures and a description but was sent nothing but garbage. The hair was something from the Dollar store. Very poor quality. I am unable to contact anyone. The website is still up but the phone numbers are all disconnected.

Sold me fake items unlike what I ordered. Then when I asked for a refund, they said the product was different and will not give me a refund but only 5% of it.
