I received a message on my computer that looked like it might be from apple. The message said that my computer had a dangerous level of malware and that my computer was in danger. The message instructed my to call the following number 1(888) 893-9833. A tech was on the phone and asked access to both my computer and desk top to clean the malware off. I was then charged a total of $500 for the services and malware protection. I began to get suspicious when they were reluctant to answer my questions and tried to rush me through the process.
