Repaired my iPhone 6 and my sister's iPhone 6s batteries today. They are open during Hari Raya Haji!! So both of us decided to replace our batteries one shot. They are really fast and reliable. Two devices' batteries replaced within two hours. We went to pick up our phone after having our lunch. This is my second times to pay a visit there after 3 years. Change my iPhone LCD at year 2016. I thought is their LCD's color dim a bit. After replaced the battery, they assisted us in checking the device not just in battery functions. But is all functions. After that, they did informed me that the LCD is not belong to them due to got other company sticker stick on the device. Then only I remember I change my LCD at Johor before. Really different quality. I think there will be my one stop solution service center in future. Got two years warranty for the battery and I can claim the warranty at any branches. Kudos to iMalaysian.com!

The service center that I reliable on

Took my iMac 27 inch there for repair on the 7th of November 2018

Was charged Rm150 for diagnosis.
On the 10th they emailed me saying Logic board is broken and needs to be replaced cost for that Rm2590 RM

I decided to not let them repair it and took it to a apple reseller.
The apple reseller informed me my iMac was never opened, nobody actually looked inside to see whats really broken.

The reseller said the power supply was damaged and needs to be replaced, cost for that RM990.

I gave the reseller the green light to replace the power supply, my imac works great now.

The rude fact that imalaysian.com charges money for work not completed and then has the nerves to quote parts that are not damaged is more than just bad service, its a scam. I read all these reviews from ppl who are happy and wonder how many of these poor ppl have been scammed and overcharged.

They were in business more than 10 years ago (I'm not sure), and I believe no other company dedicated like them so far. From my iPhone 3gs till iPhone 6 plus and Macbook Pro to Macbook Air (I'm apple fanatic), a job well done by imalaysian.com. I recommended more than 5 (6 or 7) friends to them, and they solved it nicely. Would I recommend their services to my friends if needed independent (Apple) iPhone Repair in Malaysia again? Hell Yeah!

I checked their Facebook dot com/AppleRepairSpecialist, and I can see 1000s more POSITIVE reviews added to date (I believe no one in Malaysia can have so much positive reviews on their service), how could this be wrong?

They definitely not the cheapest in Malaysia, but I believe they are best I know so far! I believe some time out so many customers, some do have unhappy experience too (our life happened to be exactly just like this), so I still believe they are the highest consistency compare to my friend's experience.

My first time experience was not so satisfactory. I sent my Macbook Pro to them due to graphics issue. Today, I received a call from iMalaysian such that replacement of logic board of RM1,800 was required in order to fix the issue. Due to high repair cost, I decided not to proceed with the repair and took back my MBP on the same evening.

When I collected my MBP, the battery was flat so I was not able to test it (I should insist them to turn on). After returning home, I turned on my MBP using power adapter and noticed that the keyboard and power button were not working!

Bear in mind that the initial issue was just the graphic distortion issue. Now the problem extended to keypad and power button after returning from the so-called specialist. As a result, I was not able to power off MBP unless letting the battery runs flat. iMalaysian just made the issue worse! Eventually, I need to return to the outlet again to get it fixed.
