so far, so good. The booking was extremely good. My agent, Shannon, made numerous phone calls on our behalf and then conferred each one with us. We have had a follow up call from the Admin. department checking that everything is good with our documents – so now cannot wait to get going.

Shannon was so helpful and friendly and explained everything to me
As there are others in our booking group it was helpful that Shannon contacted the others and I wasn鈥檛 left to pass on messages.
