I ordered a pack from you on the 27th of feb. In hopes to get it by march 4th for a trip. Today is now March 3rd and the status still said processing…….so i called this morning and talked to a very helpful gentleman. I asked about my order and he informed me that the order had been over looked. So i asked if there was anyway he could over night it to me so i can still get it for my trip. "Absolutely" was the welcomed response i got. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for the very helpful solution to the mistake made,your customer service is 100%.
Was about to press post and i got a call from imaginegear. He informed me it will be the morning of march 5 by 10am. Which is still good. Just shows how great the service is, most places would have just mailed it and let it show up when it does.
I know mistakes happen to everyone out there. Its all about how you handle them and treat the customers. And imagingear is one of the best.
I will be ordering from imaginegear next time i need new camping gear.

The Shipping was faster than any company I've ever dealt with and they offered me 5% off my next purchase, and also offer deals pretty often if you join their facebook page. So needless to say I was completely satisfied.
