Our internet is very patchy. Can't watch anything on Netflix without it buffering. It's fine one minute with expected speeds and then just drops to nothing. It's very awkward doing online transactions like banking and shopping. As for school work during Covid, it was like it could sense your need to submit your work and would then disconnect. When we contact customer service about it all we get is 'no problem reported' and 'our system says expected levels'. A source of much frustration in our house.

We frequently get have to restart our modem to try to get a signal. We鈥檝e also received messages saying we are close to going over our limit however we supposedly have a much larger limit than our previous provider and we NEVER reached the limit before.

Absolute disgrace of a company.
We鈥檝e been having issues for months with going days upon end with no internet and when we do get connected we have had as little as 0.33 download!! We have asked for help hundreds of times and we haven鈥檛 gotten any help what so ever to resolve our issues, So imagine cancelled our service and STILL wants us to pay 鈧?9.99 a month for this service we aren鈥檛 using and are not disconnected from.. absolutely disgraceful and I will be making sure to take this further!

I've been a customer now for 4 years or more, never had a higher speed than 15 meg but today is an all time low of 3.5 meg!!!!!, very dissapointed

Prompt installation in an area with poor ADSL broadband. Very happy to get 100 megs in the middle of nowhere. Plus the 5G ready antenna was very neatly installed and powered by POE so there is only one cable going to it from the modem/router combo, a CAT 5E, handling both power and data. Surprised it wasn't CAT6A especially with 5G being enable soon and higher speeds, it would give considerable less cross talk between twisted pairs.

No password is provided to log directly into the Modem/router configuration page via wifi or ethernet cable. One has to log in through an online portal to change limited settings. The wifi name is the only technical item that can be changed. Very limiting. No option to put it in bridge mode where it just operates as a modem, allowing me to use my own high end Asus routers. The bridge mode avoids double NATting. Hopefully this option appears in the future.

Very smooth transition from previous provider, queries answered promptly and efficiently, answered phone, excellent value for money compared to previous provider and best of all, happy people in this household, download speeds etc all streaming,Netflix etc. no bother.

Was great for a few weeks never an issue then all of a supped we are apparent going over the acceptable usage which is mikes below the fair usage so you are de prioritised. If you have more than 2 people in the house using broadband forget it

First, best decision I made was to move to Imagine from Eir. The difference in speed is amazing. When I do a broadband speed test the answer is "fast" and capable of streaming many devices. Met two of their reps at a stand in a shopping centre and explained it so clearly it just made so much sense, test was done and very professional. Did have some difficulty in setting up the account as one person wasnt very clear when looking for information.

It's been a few months since I've started using your broadband services and as much as I would love to say that it changed my network speed dramatically from 12MB from other providers, it is sometimes worse than that.
I'm paying the same as everyone else (for a 150MB) but only getting around 20-50MB. However most evenings the speed goes between 0.24MB to 2mb, and unfortunately I cannot use it to play online games, watch streaming services or do anything online.
I've sent an email to support with this query a while ago and I haven't got a response yet.
I know it's not difficult to provide a better service as I've worked in this sector for quite a long time, with that said I know how hard the job can be sometimes and motivation is not in your favor.
I would like to receive some feedback to why the network is too slow and what I can do to fix it.

Having had a break-in at my home last November, I became quite nervous, and on recommendation, had a phonewatch house alarm installed. The alarm has given me immeasurable reassurance with instantaneous contact from its monitoring centre on the slightest interference in the system, confirming the home status. On a few occasions they contacted my nominated family/neighbours when I missed their telephone call. I recommend100% their invaluable security.

I have no problem with my dealing with imagine, when I had problems the people on the phones were very helpful and polite and booked an engineer visit for me. The engineer was polite and very efficient

As with all providers of Broadband in Ireland , they lie about speeds available. I should get at least 50mbps but rarely get 20mbps , most days 10 to 15 Mbps. Can't wait till contract is finished , paying 59.99 for nothing really.
