ImageTwist is infringing on my copyright

ImageTwist hosts a number of pictures that are my property.
I have send them a formal complaint (DMCA notification) and asked to remove my pictures. They do not take action even though they have a DMCA paragraph on their website saying that they have adopted the policy concerning copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA and copyright law. And that they will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

I have contacted them via Live Chat, but then they tell me that if they think that my report is fake, they will not respond. My report is not fake, they are infringing on my copyright.
It is just an easy way for them to say my report is fake and then not take action.

This is cheating website. he also ban me after request payment. i found a bug and report him then he send me a message to give a bug boutry. but i never receive that. don't join. its 1000% Scam site.
